What is the return policy?

West One Products offers a Satisfaction Guarantee — It is our mission to ensure that your West One Products shopping experience is simple and enjoyable. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from date received. Can I receive a refund?

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. If using a prepaid gift card such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, please retain to ensure proper credit. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at rliang@west1products.com and we’ll see what we can do! If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you try the product. You can always send it back within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping –

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed immediately, and it will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for standard shipping and delivery.

What do I do if I never received my order?

A lost package is one that does not show as delivered by the carrier. Packages can get delayed a day or so because of weather, incorrect scanning or sorting by the carrier or mislabeling. After a few days beyond your expected delivery date, please get in touch with us at rliang@west1products.com. We will get with the carrier to track the package and either refund and/or replace the item for you.
